Botox/Dermal Filler Program Training Course Objectives
- Learn to perform a professional aesthetic evaluation, treatment plan and perform facial cosmetic injections with neurotoxins under the direct supervision and instruction of our trainers.
- Gain technical proficiency during the live patient training.
- Learn advanced techniques for injecting Botulinum Toxin and other neurotoxins to correct facial rhytids which are the most requested procedures today.
- Learn the proper reconstitution and dilution of each neurotoxin. Learn invaluable information to correct poor outcomes, adverse effects, and complications.
- Learn how to select the most appropriate neurotoxin understanding the nuances between each product.
- Understand the physiology and pharmacokinetics of Botulinum Toxin and other neurotoxins and injection treatments.
- Learn how to use pharmacologic agents to treat complications and side effects.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the anatomical compartments, neurovascular structures, fat pads, and facial anatomy to properly perform a facial cosmetic injection using Botulinum Toxin or dermal filler.
- Describe the indications and contraindications for all facial injectable neurotoxins - Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau™, and Daxxify®.

Online & In Person Lectures
Online Courses For Neurotoxin & Dermal Filler Certification are prerequisite coursework that must be completed prior to attending the Shadow Program & our cutting edge "The Wheel" live patient hands-on training.
Live Patient Training is conducted at all 3 M.D. MedicalSpa & Wellness Centers located in Fairhaven, La Conner & Birch Bay, Blaine
"The Shadow Program"
The program is designed to work with your schedule, offering Shadowing opportunities Monday through Friday in which you will shadow live treaments in a Medical Aesthetics Center while learning how to assess a patient, product selection, follow-up, overview of anatomy, danger areas, complications and common injecting areas.
You may also choose the M.D. Institute Of Medical Aesthetics "live" presentations on your mobile device or computer. This is an additional remote Training Opportunity .

This Is Cutting Edge Training!
Many Certification Programs have the trainer complete a treatment while a dozen students observe. That's it!
"The Wheel" Consists of 4-6 Students & one Trainer. However, each student will have a Patient to treat under the supervison of the trainer. In additon you will gain knowledge and experience observing the other students in the Wheel as they complete their treatment on a patient.
By the time you complete all 6 Modules you will have treated at least 16 treatments on actual patients & observed 80 Trearments in a Medical Aesthetics Clinic!

Unlike many traditional aesthetic training programs where students simply observe a trainer performing treatments on a single model, our approach is hands-on and immersive. We’ve developed "The Wheel" — a unique system where 6 students, 6 models, and 1 trainer work together in each session.
Every student will not only perform the treatment themselves but will also observe the treatments done by their peers, receiving valuable feedback and instruction from the trainer throughout.
With this model, you’ll have the opportunity to inject 16 models and observe 80 treatments, ensuring an unparalleled live, cutting-edge learning experience.
Additionally, all "Wheel" sessions are recorded, allowing you to review the procedures at your own pace, from the comfort of your home. This ensures you can continue learning long after the session ends.
